Qaramy is a small premium winery and vineyards owned by Leonardo Bromberg and family. Under the guidance of winemaker Karim Mussi Saffie, they produce Malbec and blends form their 2 vineyards; Pachahuasi and Qailapuyu in Los Arboles, Tunuyan, Upper Uco Valley.
Situated at the base of the magnificent Tupungato (6,800m) on a colluvial fan, the exceptional soil profile of alluvial gravels suspended in sand/loam matrix with a relatively high proportion of silt combines with elevation, high sunshine hours and extremely low rainfall; resulting in wines of great power and fruit intensity whilst retaining sensational freshness.

Malbec is a red wine grape variety that is originally from France. It is now primarily grown in Argentina, where it has become one of the country's most successful and recognizable exports. The grape produces a deep purple wine with dark fruit flavors, such as blackberry and plum, along with notes of spice and tobacco.
Malbec wines tend to be full-bodied with moderate acidity and medium to high tannins. They are often aged in oak barrels to give them a smooth, round texture and subtle vanilla or toast flavors. Malbec pairs well with red meats, particularly beef, and hearty, flavorful cheeses.
