Returns
We want our customers to be happy and love the wines we offer them. In the rare occasion this is not the case, we will strive to amend it by allowing you to return the product up to 90 days after purchase and we will issue a full refund for it.
How do I return my wine
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product please contact us and we will organise the return for you.
You will have to package the wine and drop it off at the local Australia Post office. We will give you the shipping label for it.
Our boxes are the best option when shipping wine back to us, but any wine box will do. Just make sure the wine is properly tucked in.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive the stock back we will issue a full refund on the same payment method you used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.). This may take a few business days.
If you used a discount or coupon in your purchase it will be forfeited.
How to cancel an order before it is shipped
Please contact us immediately and we will cancel the order right away.
If the order has already shipped and is still in transit we will request a turnaround from the courier service and process the refund once we get the stock back. This may take a few days.
Conditions
- We cannot accepts returns for purchases older than 90 days.
- We will reserve the right to not accept returns or offer refunds if we believe this policy is being taken advantage of unfairly.
